CIRCULAR PRESCRIBING BANK GUARANTEE OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
On September 30, 2022, the State Bank of Vietnam issued a Circular No. 11/2022/TT-NHNN stipulating the banking guarantee business, effective from April 1, 2023.
This Circular replaces Circular No. 07/2015/TT-NHNN dated June 25, 2015 of the Governor of the State Bank on regulations on bank guarantees and Circular No. 13/2017/TT-NHNN dated September 29. 2017 by the Governor of the State Bank. Details please refer to attached file:
