NOTICE OF MIGRATION FROM CORPORATE INTERNET BANKING SERVICE-BOCNET TO IGTB PLATFORM

Dear Valued Customer,

First of all, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited – Ho Chi Minh City Branch would like to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and support.

We would like to inform you that the current Corporate Internet Banking Platform -BOCNET will be officially terminated on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. To ensure continuity of your online banking services without interruption, we kindly recommend that you register for and activate the new online banking platform iGTB Net at your earliest convenience. This platform also includes the BOCHK iGTB Mobile application.

Reason for migration:

The current platform will be discontinued and replaced by a new system, which offers enhanced system performance, improved security, and a better user experience.

Impact on customers:

From the above-mentioned date, you will no longer be able to access or use the BOCNET system. If the new platform is not activated, you will not be able to use our online banking services.

What do you need to do?

  • Please complete the registration and activation of the new platform – iGTB before the current platform is discontinued.
  • If you have not yet activated the new system, please visit our service counters or contact your Relationship Manager for assistance with registration. You are also required to confirm and complete all necessary procedures regarding user authorization, including the primary users duly authorized by your organization.
