Notice of registering biometrical information for Personal Customers

Dear Valued Customers,

Pursuant to Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN and Circular 18/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, from January 1^st, 2025, Personal Customers need to complete the verification of identity documents and biometric information to carry out electronic payment transactions via Mobile Banking or Internet Banking.

To avoid transaction interruption, the Bank kindly requires all valued customers to promptly register, update valid identification documents and biometric information, based on following instructions:  

1.      Vietnamese customers: Please prepare your Citizen Identification Card or National ID card, log in to Mobile Banking, and update your biometric information as instructed;

2.      Foreign customers: Please bring valid identification documents and/or necessary documents to verify your residency period and/or other relevant materials to the Bank's service counter at the following address: 12th Floor, Times Square Building, No 22-36 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
