[IMPORTANT NOTICE] Notice of Updating Personal Documents before Expired

Dear Valued Customers,

First and foremost, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited - Ho Chi Minh City Branch ("the Bank") would like to express our sincere gratitude for your trust and partnership over the years.

Pursuant to Circular 17/2024/TT-NHNN and Circular 18/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, from January 1^st, 2025, if customers hold identification documents that are expired or no longer valid, transactions including card transactions, payments, withdrawals and remittances will be suspended (both via online channels and in-branch).

To avoid transaction interruption, the Bank kindly requires all valued customers to promptly update valid identification documents at the counter. We will send related information and instructions via SMS, email, and/or other communication channels.
