[SEPTEMBER ANNOUNCEMENT] NOTICE ON DOCUMENT SUPPLEMENTATION FOR CARDHOLDERS

Dear Valued Customers,

According to Circular No. 18/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam on June 28, 2024, regarding customer identification and information updates, we kindly inform you:

For foreign individual customers holding card, please update and supplement your personal identification documents and information before December 31, 2025.

Specifically, please provide the following documents:

1.       Passport and entry visa or valid documents in lieu of visas or documents proving entry visa exemption; or electronic identity (through access to level 02 electronic identity account) (if any).

2.       The card issuer shall require the customer to provide necessary documents to verify the period of residence in Vietnam such as work permit or documents issued by a competent regulatory agency proving the period of residence in Vietnam.

After the specified deadline, if the required documents have not been fully submitted, the card will be temporarily deactivated in accordance with State Bank regulations, and reactivated once the process is completed.
