1.2 Partial or Non-cash pledge 0.15% L/C amount/90days/min; remaining days (if any) charged as accrued days (Min USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000) + Cable fee + Advising fee of correspondent bank (if any)
1.3 Pre - issuance Letter of Credit USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000/flat + Cable fee + Advising fee of correspondent bank (if any)
2 Amendment 
2.1 Extension amendment Same as issuance, calculated on L/C balance (Min USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000) + Cable fee + Advising fee of correspondent bank (if any)
2.2 Amount increasing amendment Same as issuance, calculated over the increased amount (Min USD 50.00 or VND1,150,000) + Cable fee + Advising fee of correspondent bank (if any)
2.3 LC cancellation USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000 + Fee of correspondent banks (if any)

4.2.2 Partial or Non-cash pledge 0.20% bill amount, Min: USD 20.00 or VND 460,000
4.3 Return documents USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000 + cable + courier charge
4.4 Shipping guarantee  0.15% guarantee amount/90 days/min; remaining days (if any): charged as accrued days (Min USD 50.00 or VND 1,150,000)
4.5 Amendment shipping guarantee As per negotiation
4.6 Endorse Bill of Lading USD 20.00 or VND 460,000/flat
4.7 Discrepancy handling USD 100.00 or VND 2,300,000/flat
4.8 Handling fee for supplement replacement docs/换单或更单处理费: USD 15.00 or VND 345,000

2 L/G amendment

D Outward remittance (Trade remittance)
1 Outward remittance fee 0.20% (Min USD 5.00 or VND 115,000 – Max USD 200.00 or VND 4,600,000 (**)) + SWIFT FEE USD 15.00 or VND 345,000
(**) Max USD 200.00 or VND 4,600,000 for 5 customs declaration/payment,
from the 6th customs declaration, extra charge USD 2.00 or VND 46,000/each but max USD 300.00 or VND 6,900,000/payment
2 Fee for late pending document submission" for T/T payment as committed 0.05% remitted amount/30 days, Min USD 5.00 or VND 115,000
3 Charge type “OUR”：  USD 20.00 or VND 460,000/flat

➢ FOR RELATED FEE TO IMPORT L/C, BANK GUARANTEE: CALCULATE AT MIN 90 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED.
➢ THE FEE WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF SERVICE EXECUTION. NO FEES ARE RETURNED DUE TO CANCELATION/AMENDMENT AT CLIENT'S REQUEST AND WITHOUT BANK'S FALSE.
