According to customer requests, we provide the confirmation related to account balance or transaction, in which one item confirmation is up to 12 transaction records, if exceeds, it will be charged as the second item. We provide at most 2 originals for every items. |
1. Bank confirmation for audit purpose:
VND 400,000/item
2. Confirmation of account balance：
VND 300.000/item
3. Transaction confirmation:
Within 1 year: VND 400,000/item
Within 1-5 years: VND 800,000/item
Within 5-10 years: VND 1,000,000/day;
Above 10 years: Negotiation
4. Expedite (Handle in 2 working-days): Double-charge
5. Re-issue: VND 50,000/each
6. Postage, sending email fees are another charges (if any) |

The charges of Bank statement and Receipt services |
According customer requests, we provide the printing of Bank Statement, Receipt (Debit/ Credit Confirmation), the latest 3 years Dormant account statements, which all have seal from the Bank. |
1. Within 5 years:
- Statement:

- Debit/Credit Confirmation:
VND 30,000/item/each
2. Within 5-10 years:
- Statement:
VND 100,000/month/account/each
- Debit/Credit Confirmation:
VND 50,000/item/each
3. Extra printing: VND 20,000/each
4. Above 10 years: Negotiation
5. Expedite (Handle in 2 working-days): Double-charge
6. Postage, sending email fees are another charges (if any)
