• The Bank provide Time deposit account allows customer to get the higher interest rate with a variety of tenors.

• Vietnamese citizen.
• Foreign individuals permitted to reside in Vietnam for at least 6 months.
• Organization which has business registration in Vietnam.

Individual Customer

• Valid ID/Passport, Visa.
• Time Deposit agreement. ( Provided by the Bank )

Organization Customer

• Time Deposit agreement. ( Provided by the Bank  )

• Transfer between savings account and time deposit account of the same customer.

Individuals customer

• Apply all the required documents at the Bank counter.
• Vietnamese citizen can deposit/withdraw via Internet banking/Mobile banking.
• Foreign individuals can withdraw via Internet banking/Mobile banking. Deposit must process at the Bank counter.
• The Bank will return all the documents to Customer when transaction completed.

Organization Customer

• Apply all the documents at the Bank counter or deposit/withdraw via Internet banking.
• The Bank will return all the documents to Customer when transaction completed.

Customer can not withdraw a part of the deposit amount before maturity, Customer can only withdraw full amount before maturity.
