REGARDING THE LAUNCH OF ELECTRONIC RECEIPT SERVICES WITH ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

Dear Valued Customers,

To practice the "Green Development" philosophy, improve document service efficiency, facilitate reconciliation for our customers, and enhance information confidentiality, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (“the Bank”) has completed the upgrade of the electronic receipt system. Following the upgrade, the adjustments to the relevant document services are as follows:

Digital Services: Starting from July 1, 2026, electronic receipts provided by the Bank will include an electronic signature. These electronic documents hold the same legal validity as paper receipts.

Delivery Method: The aforementioned electronic receipts will be sent via email to the customer's designated email address for reconciliation purposes.

Paper services arrangement: Starting from July 1, 2026, the Bank will generate electronic receipts, and will temporarily suspend the paper service for newly generated receipts (documents generated in June 2026 will still be paper service) including:

-          Suspending the provision of scanned receipts.

-          Suspending the provision of paper receipts.

-          Suspending the provision of courier service for paper receipts.
