Mobile Banking

Over the 25 years, under the support of the Bank of China Head Office and Bank of China Hong Kong, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Ho Chi Minh City Branch (the Bank) has integrated into Vietnam's changing personal financial environment, and has continuously developed and improved mobile banking functions and services. 

In 2016, grasping the opportunities as well as the trend of the e-commerce financial market, the Bank officially launched the Mobile Banking service to the market. In order to provide customers with richer, more convenient operation, higher efficiency and high-quality financial products and services, the Bank optimized and upgraded the international version of mobile banking in July 2019. The new upgraded features include:

  • Biometric authentication login includes face recognition and fingerprint verification;
  • The graphical operation interface is updated, and the drawer menu layout is added reasonable and easy to operate;
  • Added functions such as Branch query, marketing channel, investment channel and “my favorite”
